The USER is the natural person who provides their personal data when filling out a form. The use of third-party personal data is not permitted.

d) Data voluntarily provided by the USER
Type of data: personal identification data, contact information (e.g., email address), and any additional data included in the message or inferred from it.
The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of emails through forms on this website or to Company email addresses results in the acquisition of the sender’s email address—necessary to respond to requests—as well as any other personal data included.
If the message activates a service or administrative process, the initial purpose and legal basis may change. In this case, the privacy notice will be updated accordingly.
Purpose: to manage correspondence between the USER and the Company.

Retention period: data is stored for the time necessary to process the request and in accordance with Company backup policies. In the event of potential disputes, data may be retained for up to 10 years, in line with Swiss and European regulations.
e) Processing of data “necessary” for the service and “for promotional purposes”
- Each form on the Company’s URL includes:
- a mandatory checkbox for processing “necessary to provide the requested service,”
and - a voluntary checkbox for processing “for promotional purposes.”
Refusal to provide necessary data may prevent the Data Controller from fulfilling the
USER’S request.
